What it’s like working at Danalock
As we are a relatively small division of Salto Systems, we get to be involved in different aspects of the products. This underpins our philosophy that everybody should think about the whole product – not just the part they are currently working on.
At Danalock, we pride ourselves on our commitment to Agile methodologies. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Our teams work together using Agile principles to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
We also encourage everyone to come up with product improvements or features in all areas of our ecosystem. This mentality is further emphasized by our non-hierarchical company structure.
We have teams for backend team, mobile apps, embedded software and hardware, and support, which enables us to cover the entire area of the product development.
The company language is English, so you must be fluent in English both written and verbally.
What you get when working at Danalock
You will be working in an informal environment with a high degree of freedom in how you solve your tasks. That means, you will be responsible for determining what the appropriate approach is to solve your tasks, without being afraid to try new methods.
Despite being a small team, we celebrate diversity, value differing opinions, and enjoy informed discussions. We genuinely care about each other, our technology, products, collaborators, and most importantly, the people who’ll be joining Danalock.
