  1. Serial number of the Danalock device in question - How to find the serial number
  2. A video or picture of the issue if possible
  3. Any error messages your are getting
  4. Log files from the Danalock app, if app related issues (Find it in the app menu)
  5. Include what type of phone and version you have.
