If your request is related to gateways/hubs, Apple Homekit or other smart home systems, please direct your request to the manufacturer of the system. 

To get in contact with our support team, please send us an e-mail with as much information as possible.

If relevant please include:

  1. Serial number of the Danalock device in question - How to find the serial number
  2. A video or picture of the issue if possible
  3. Any error messages you are getting
  4. Log files from the Danalock app, if app-related issues (See our log files guide)
  5. Include what type of phone and app version you have.
