Low staff during summer holidays

During the summer we are low on staff due to the summer holidays.

You can therefore expect a longer response time on your ticket.

This can be expected from week 28 until week 31 - both weeks included.

If relevant please include:

  1. Serial number of the Danalock device in question - How to find the serial number
  2. A video or picture of the issue if possible
  3. Any error messages your are getting
  4. Log files from the Danalock app, if app related issues (Find it in the app menu)
  5. Include what type of phone and version you have.
