It is important to know that factory resetting a Danalock device does not release it from your Danalock account! Please look at this guide to remove it from your account.
Factory reset Danalock V3:
In the small pinhole on top of the lock give the lock 10 clicks with a small pin.
The lock will flash a red light to confirm the reset and then turn off the LED.
! This will reset all settings of the lock, including pin codes and pairing with accessory devices.
HomeKit! Resetting a HomeKit lock with 10 clicks also resets the HomeKit inclusion.
Z-wave! Resetting a Z-wave lock with 10 clicks also removes the lock from the smart home hub. You might still have to remove the device on your hub backend.
Zigbee! Resetting a Zigbee lock with 10 clicks will not remove the lock from the smart home hub.

Factory reset Danabridge:
Find the pinhole behind the LED on the Danabridge and give it 10 clicks with a small pin.
A red flash will indicate that the device is resetting.
This will reset WiFi settings.

Danapad:
The Danapad does not need to be factory reset.
No data including pin codes are stored on the device.
Pairing is handled in the Danalock app or through Appless pairing.
Factory reset Universal Module V3:
Find the pinhole on the Universal module and give it 10 clicks with a small pin. Be careful to not damage any part of the mainboard. Tip! you can remove the case cover and get direct access to the button.
A red flash will indicate that the device is resetting.
! This will also remove the Unversal Module V3 Z-wave models from the Z-wave hub.
