A firmware update can reset the lock.

How to update using the firmware files
You can update the firmware of your Danalock devices, with the firmware files above, by using the app from nRF called "nRF Device Firmware Update" or "DFU" once installed.
Download the firmware file above, then download the nRF app throught the links below. Remember to download the firmware files to the phone that you install the nRF DFU app on.
